Organizational people problems are real—I help organizations grow by addressing those people issues. Maybe you’ve seen a few symptoms in your organization? Turnover, lack of engagement, trust issues, retention, “adult tantrums”, analysis paralysis, Imposter Syndrome/confidence issues, failure to hold people accountable, failure to delegate, conflict, lack of vision, unhealthy communication, one-way communication…NO communication(!), etc.

  5. Programs & Workshops: Two decades successfully designing and executing, engaging high-energy high-impact programs and workshops, to develop leaders and grow business. Workshops are customized and designed to meet people development and business goals. Additionally, team development programs may include outings to stimulate a particular lesson while focused on team building.
